By booking and using the professional services of Inventive Estate Photography, the client agrees to the following terms:



Payment Obligation
Payment is due in full immediately upon receipt of the invoice and after all professional services have been rendered.
Breach of Agreement
In the event the client or agent fails to honor this agreement, the outstanding balance will accrue 2% interest per month until paid in full.
Collection & Legal Fees
The client shall be responsible for all attorney’s fees, collection fees, and court costs incurred should litigation or any collection process become necessary to recover the outstanding balance.
